Fully Funded Whole House Solutions & Fully Funded Insulation
This is a fully funded grant targeted towards homeowner occupiers in Northern Ireland who are without central heating, using solid fuel heating or have an old oil, natural gas or LPG heating system which is over 15 years old or broken beyond repair OR using economy 7 heaters (installed before 2018).
This scheme includes a natural gas central heating system if the home is on the gas network or an oil central heating system where gas is unavailable. The scheme also provides for the installation of cavity wall insulation and/or loft insulation.
Acceptance Criteria
✔ Must be an Owner-Occupier in Northern Ireland
✔ Single Household Income: Under £28,000 per year
✔ Dual Household Income: Under £35,000 per year
Fully Funded Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels & Fully Funded Insulation
This is a fully funded grant targeted towards homeowner occupiers in Northern Ireland who are without central heating, using solid fuel heating or have an old oil, natural gas or LPG heating system which is over 15 years old or broken beyond repair OR using economy 7 heaters (installed before 2018).
This scheme includes an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), photovoltaic (PV) panels, and battery storage. The scheme also provides for the installation of cavity wall insulation and/or loft insulation.
Acceptance Criteria
✔ Must be an Owner-Occupier in Northern Ireland
✔ Single Household Income: Under £28,000 per year
✔ Dual Household Income: Under £35,000 per year
60% Funded Whole House Solutions & Fully Funded Insulation
This is a part-funded grant targeted at homeowners and private tenants in Northern Ireland who are without central heating, using solid fuel heating, or have an old natural gas or LPG heating system that is over 15 years old or broken beyond repair OR using economy 7 heaters (installed before 2018).
This scheme includes a 60% funded natural gas central heating system if the home is on the gas network or an oil central heating system where gas is unavailable or High-heat-retention electric storage heaters for existing electric customers.
The scheme also fully funds the installation of cavity wall insulation and/or loft insulation.
Acceptance Criteria
✔ Must be an Owner-Occupier or Private Tenant in Northern Ireland
✔ Single Household Income: Under £45,000 per year
✔ Dual Household Income: Under £50,000 per year
